This place is absolutely adorable! They have a super sweet staff that is attentive and helpful. I've now tried the coffee and the breakfast sandwiches and both are so delicious!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this place. I'm from Mentor and I will drive the 15-20 minutes to have breakfast here. The vibe is FANTASTIC. Cute, rustic, chill, and artsy atmosphere. The oatmeal is SUPERB. The various toast dishes are great as well. My dad says he likes the breakfast sandwiches. They are very fresh and not artificial like fast food ones. I have gotten several varying pastries here and they have all been great!! The tea is good too. The employees are nice (especially the one lady that is always working the shop). Best oatmeal ever!!

Beyond obsessed with Beans, the girls are so kind! They have the best iced mocha hands down. Perfect for on the go or meeting a girlfriend for brunch. Great drinks, excellent food and friendly staff.

Olivia provided absolutely wonderful service. Very impressed with my overall experience. I highly recommend this beautiful coffee shop to visitors near and far. They catered to their customers and provide gluten-free options as well.

Stopped in for a tea this morning. Was surprised by the nice place. Cozy and comfy atmosphere and very friendly staff. Had a cup of green tea and sat at a table for a while. Noticed the tall bookcases with books. Will have to come back and linger while reading! Didn't get any food this time but the bagels, pastries, and breakfast food looked and smelled good. Nice selection. Even though it was a cool 20F,the interior of the shop was warm. A nice place to pass a cold NEO morning.

Beans Coffee in Chardon is a nice spot for coffee enthusiasts. I've been to a huge number of places in Northeast Ohio and this did not disappoint, although I would like better seating options (picky me). The coffee was a 4.5/5.

Fun coffee shop in downtown Chardon their brioche toasts were amazing. It was quite busy so service was a little behind but everyone worked as quickly as they could!

We were on our way to the Holden Arboretum and I got an urge to stop and get a coffee. We had no idea what was around us but we made the quick detour to Chardon and found Beans Coffee Shop & Bistro. I will absolutely come out of my way in the future to stop by again, next time with a book! The ambience of the space is incredible and the woman who took her order was so friendly and kind. Our food came out quickly and the coffee was AMAZING. I got a cold brew with oat milk and mocha sf syrup and it was seriously one of the tastiest coffees I've had. The avocado toast was delicious and the perfect fuel before our hike!
